As Vice President of Talent Acquisition & HR at ProScribe, she directed enterprise recruiting operations that processed 14,000+ applicants, generated 2,000+ interviews, and made 414 hires, exceeding hiring forecasts by 13% while cutting time-to-fill. She has also served as Director of Talent Acquisition at YesCare and Bloom Insurance, where she scaled weekly applications from 150 to 800+ and led national teams hiring allied health, behavioral health, and social services professionals.
